How it works

Easy Mail Archive integrates with your existing email infrastructure. There is no need to switch email providers or change your workflow. Emails are captured automatically through one of two methods:

  • SMTP journaling - Your email server (Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) sends a copy of every email to Easy Mail Archive in real time
  • IMAP integration - Easy Mail Archive connects to your mailboxes and periodically fetches new messages

Once captured, each email is parsed, deduplicated, compressed, encrypted with AES-256, and stored securely in the cloud. Full-text search indexes are built automatically so your team can search across all archived messages instantly.
