German interface. The app is fully available in German, switchable per user.

New design and dark mode. App and website share one look. Dark mode follows the system setting.

Search in attachments and message text. Full-text search finds terms in the body of every archived email and in text attachments.

Automatic IMAP sync. Connected IMAP mailboxes are synced continuously, no manual import needed.

Archive export. The whole archive or a single mailbox can be exported as a download.

Guided start. New accounts see the next steps to their first archived email right on the dashboard.

Security. Two-factor authentication for operator accounts and stricter role separation: auditors read, never change. A new security and privacy page sums up hosting, encryption, backups and subprocessors.

Backups with a copy at a second location. A full backup runs every night and changes are archived continuously in between. Backups are kept for 30 days. An encrypted copy also goes to a second location. Restores are tested.

Pricing. Every plan starts at five licences. Annual billing is now the default and costs less than paying monthly.

Partner programme from 25 licences. IT service providers manage their customers in the partner portal with their own logo, colours and domain. Details on the partners page.
