Help center

You are already in the right place. The Easy Mail Archive Help Center contains articles organized by category to help you get the most out of your archive. Browse the categories in the sidebar or use the search function to find articles on specific topics.

The help center covers:

  • Getting Started - Setup guides and first steps
  • Search and Retrieval - Tips for finding emails effectively
  • Administration - Managing domains, users, and settings
  • Billing - Plans, payments, and invoices
  • Troubleshooting - Solutions to common issues

Articles are available in both English and German. The language is automatically selected based on your locale, but you can switch at any time.

In-app support

When you are logged into Easy Mail Archive, you can access contextual help directly from the application:

  • Support page - Navigate to the Support section in the sidebar to find links to documentation, submit a support request, or view your organization's support status
  • Onboarding guides - New tenants see step-by-step onboarding tips that guide you through initial setup

Contacting support

If you cannot find the answer in the help center, our support team is here to help. You can reach us through:

  • Email - Send your question to [email protected]. Include your tenant name and a description of the issue for the fastest response.
  • Contact form - Visit the Contact page on our website to submit a support request.

When contacting support, please include:

  1. Your tenant name or URL (e.g., acme.easymailarchive.com)
  2. A clear description of the issue or question
  3. Any error messages you have encountered
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable

Support availability

Support response times depend on your plan:

  • Starter - Email support with responses within 2 business days
  • Business - Priority email support with responses within 1 business day
  • Enterprise - Dedicated support with faster response times and a named support contact

All plans include full access to the help center and documentation.

Admin support access

Administrators can grant temporary support access to allow the Easy Mail Archive team to view your tenant configuration for troubleshooting purposes. This can be enabled from Admin > Support and is time-limited for security. Support access does not grant access to your archived email content.
