Easy Mail Archive offers three plans designed to fit organizations of every size. All plans include core email archiving features such as full-text search, tamper-proof storage, and automatic retention policies. The plans differ in user limits, storage allocation, and advanced features.
Starter
The Starter plan is ideal for small teams and businesses getting started with email archiving.

- Maximum users: 50
- Storage: 10 GB per license
- Features: Full-text search, retention policies, email import, audit log
The Starter plan gives you everything you need to meet legal archiving requirements at an affordable price point. It is a great fit for small offices, freelancers, and startups.
Business
The Business plan is built for growing organizations that need advanced compliance and integration capabilities.

- Maximum users: 500
- Storage: 25 GB per license
- Features: Everything in Starter, plus legal hold, PDF signing, and API access
Legal hold lets you prevent specific messages from being deleted, even when retention policies would normally remove them. PDF signing provides cryptographic proof that archived messages have not been tampered with. The API enables integration with your existing tools and workflows.
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with complex requirements.

- Features: Everything in Business, plus SSO (OIDC), dedicated support, and custom configurations
Enterprise customers receive a dedicated account manager and priority support. Single sign-on integration works with any OIDC-compatible identity provider, including Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Okta.
Choosing the Right Plan
When selecting a plan, consider the number of active users in your organization and your expected storage needs. You can always start with a lower plan and upgrade later - the transition is seamless and prorated. Visit the Billing section in your account settings to view plan details or change your subscription.
