Managing Your Subscription
Accessing Billing Settings
To manage your subscription, navigate to Settings > Billing in your Easy Mail Archive account. Only users with administrator privileges can access billing settings and make changes to the subscription.
The billing overview page shows your current plan, the number of licenses in use, your next billing date, and the estimated amount due. From here you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, update your payment method, and download invoices.
Current Plan Status
The billing overview displays a summary card at the top of the page with the following information:
- Current plan: The name of your active plan (Starter, Business, or Enterprise)
- Licenses in use: How many licenses your account currently requires, based on active users and storage consumption
- Billing period: Whether you are billed monthly or annually
- Next payment: The date and estimated amount of your next invoice
- Payment method: The card or payment method on file
Managing Your Plan
From the billing page, you can perform several actions:
- Upgrade your plan - Switch to a higher tier to unlock additional features and higher limits
- Downgrade your plan - Move to a lower tier if you no longer need certain features
- Update payment method - Change the credit card or SEPA mandate on file
- View invoices - Access your complete invoice history and download PDF receipts
- Cancel subscription - End your subscription at the close of the current billing period
Billing Notifications
Easy Mail Archive sends billing-related emails to the account's billing email address. These include payment confirmations, upcoming renewal reminders, and failed payment notifications. You can update the billing email address in Settings > Billing > Billing Details.
