Overview
Easy Mail Archive sends email notifications to keep you informed about important events related to your account and organization. These notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.
Types of Notifications
Security Notifications
Security-related notifications are always sent and cannot be disabled. These include:
- Login verification codes - 6-digit codes for two-factor authentication or email code login
- New device login alerts - Notifications when your account is accessed from a new browser or device
- Password change confirmation - Confirmation that your password was successfully changed
System Notifications
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may receive:
- Storage quota warnings - Alerts when your organization is approaching its storage limit
- Account changes - Notifications when an administrator modifies your account settings
Managing Your Notifications
Currently, security notifications are mandatory and cannot be turned off, as they are essential for protecting your account. System notifications are managed at the organization level by your administrator.
If you are receiving too many notifications or wish to change your notification preferences, contact your organization's administrator.
Notification Delivery
All notifications are sent via email. There is no in-app notification center at this time. To ensure you receive all notifications:
- Check that your email address in Account Settings is correct and up to date
- Add the Easy Mail Archive sender address to your email contacts or allowlist
- Check your spam or junk folder if you are not receiving expected notifications
