Export and GoBD Tax Audit

Open Export

1. Open the user menu (top right) and choose Administration.
2. In the sidebar, under Compliance, click Export.

Full archive export (admins)

1. Under Archive export, click Start export.
2. Status: Queued, Running, then Ready.
3. You get an email "Your archive export is ready".
4. Download every ZIP part and manifest.csv on the Export page.

Tax audit export (GoBD Z3)

For data access by a tax auditor.

1. Under Tax audit export, set the filters: Date from, Date to, Search text, Sender, Mailbox.
2. Click Start audit export.
3. Download the files when the status is Ready and hand them to the auditor.

Admins and auditors can start it. Auditors see only their own audit exports.

What you get

• ZIP files with one .eml file per message. .eml opens in Outlook, Thunderbird and Apple Mail.
• manifest.csv with one row per message: message_id, date, from, to, subject, sha256, status, file.
• The page shows "{count} messages, {missing} without content. Available until {date}".

Rules

• Downloads stay available for 48 hours. Then the status is Expired. Start a new export.
• One export runs at a time. Otherwise: "An export is already in progress".
• Messages marked private are not included.

Verify the export

The sha256 column is the SHA-256 checksum of each .eml file.

1. Unpack the ZIP.
2. Compute the checksum of a file:
   • Windows: certutil -hashfile message.eml SHA256
   • macOS, Linux: shasum -a 256 message.eml
3. Compare it with the sha256 value in the row with the same file.

Equal values: the file is exactly the archived message.

Report missing or unreadable rows to support.
