What Is the Reseller Program?

The Easy Mail Archive Reseller Program is designed for managed service providers (MSPs), IT service companies, and hosting providers who want to offer professional email archiving as part of their portfolio. As a reseller, you purchase Easy Mail Archive at wholesale pricing and resell it to your own customers under your brand.

Every reseller receives their own base domain (e.g., archive.yourcompany.com), full white-label branding, and a REST API for automated tenant provisioning. Your customers never see the Easy Mail Archive brand - they interact exclusively with your identity.

• Per-user billing - You are billed based on the total number of active users across all your tenants. Volume discounts apply at higher tiers.

How It Works

As a reseller, you sit between Easy Mail Archive and the end customer. The hierarchy looks like this:

1. Easy Mail Archive provides the platform, infrastructure, and updates
2. You (the reseller) provision tenants, set branding, and handle billing with your customers
3. Your customers (tenants) use the archive under your brand

Each tenant is accessed via a subdomain of your base domain (e.g., acme.archive.yourcompany.com). Tenants can optionally configure their own custom domain for an even more seamless experience.
